When I checked in the guy attending was rude, at that point I didn’t want to stay there any longer, but the payment had been made. The door was hard to open and close. I was traveling alone with my little one and I felt unsafe. The female was respectful when I checked out. I wouldn’t stay there again.

WARNING!!! Disgusting.. Roaches in the room, stains on the sheets, and pillows looked lika they havent been washed. Checked out within minutes. No refund was issued, lost hundreds.

Staff was unhelpful throughout my whole checking in and checking out process. They hold a deposit which is normal but dont specify that you need to go back to the front office to recieve your deposit back, even though its on their system that i never recieved it, they never bothered letting me know the process or anything. If I didnt remember about it, i wouldve just given them 100 bucks for free. Shady.
