DO NOT STAY HERE unless you don’t care about your safety! I was supposed to stay here for the wkd and when I went to check in, the front desk provided a room key which to my surprise was already assigned to someone else. My assigned key opened the room, and someone was already assigned there! If that’s not a huge safety breach and safety concern, I don’t know what is! No apologies, they just wanted to smooth things out by upgrading my room! The upgrade is not going to make me feel safer and less scared! The hotel had so much traffic, people walking in & out! And on top of everything else they refuse to give me a refund! The worst experience ever!

Do Better

Terrible would not stay there again. Trash in room , extremely low to soft bed ,flat pillows. No towels in the bathroom. Good size room and kitchen, but not one single plate ,utensil or glasses. No pots or pans, no coffee maker in room. Sketchy people walking around yelling late at night. Front desk person refused to give me an extra pillow. No extra blankets available. No front desk person after 4 PM. They expect you to hunt them down or call a number, but where is the phone to call?

Ants, broken shower and disruptive children

There were ants all over the bathroom and the shower knob fell off mid shower. There are people living at the hotel who let their kids run up and down the halls at all hours of the night and staff does nothing to mitigate the noise complaints.

I would stay again it’s worth the price

When we checked in the room we were assigned was assigned to someone else. So when we tried to go into that room that person said that that was their room. It was a bit embarrassing but when we went down we were assigned another room and the front desk person said that hotels.com always assigns rooms when there is someone already booked in that room. Luckily they didn’t sell out because I would’ve been super upset since there is a lot of us that went. The elevator and hallways were dirty and stinked . I think there was only one elevator. Going in and out was secure as you can’t come in without a key past the front desk. I called early to tell them we were going to check in and they had someone stay later so that they can help assist us with checkin. Besides that everyone else was good. If you wanted to cook you would have to rent one each of everything for like $35, it’s cheaper to go to Walmart and get cooking stuff there. They also have two towels per room even if there are 4 people staying in each room. We had to go buy towels at Walmart so all 4 of us could have a towel to use. Once a towel is dirty you have to bring it to the front desk to switch out for new towels.

Staff was very friendly, and the obvious things were clean, but I couldn't get the remote control to work, so I was feeling around the TV frame for the power button and clumps of dust were coming off in my hands, and behind the TV looked like it had never been dusted. I was looking in the drawers for a can opener and there were large crumbs from food previous guests had.

The internet is limited to two devices per room, otherwise they will charge you for extra fee. The suite has an oven but no utensils. No cleaning supplies, no paper towel, unless you ask for. but when we realized there were no cleaning supplies, it was too late because there was no front desk service.

I like the decor in lobby but the coffee and creamer has no flavor at all .we love how they anre pet friendly fee f $50 .Our second night a roach was in our room they called to get our room bug sprayed . I didn’t know it was an extended stay so many people in and out and up and down the elevator . The shower head in our room was coming out of the wall . The main lady at the lobby very snotty ..there was a sweet lady who catered to us in the lobby she wore beautiful make up and was off her shift but she was helpful . Please get security in there because it’s going down hill we couldn’t wait for our 4 days accommodations to be over
