Inspired by the sea and the laid-back East Cape lifestyle, the home features a bright open living area, beautiful views, a fully equipped kitchen, and air conditioning throughout for comfortable stays during the warmer months. The primary bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom, while the second guest bedroom is conveniently located near a separate full bath. For additional privacy, the poolside casita offers its own bedroom and bathroom — perfect for another couple, grandparents, or guests wanting their own quiet space.

Outside is where Casa Marina truly comes to life. Spend the day cooling off in the private pool, grilling fresh seafood, enjoying drinks at the captain-style outdoor bar, or soaking in the hot tub after a beach day, fishing trip, or afternoon exploring town.

Whether you`re visiting for beach days, pickleball, boating, or simply to enjoy the slower rhythm of summer in Baja, Casa Marina offers a comfortable and inviting place to experience Los Barriles.

Please note that heating the pool and/or hot tub is optional and not included in the nightly rate. If requested, a separate propane fee applies at a fixed daily rate of 100 USD for pool heating and 50 USD for hot tub heating. Please let us know before arrival if you would like either prepared for your stay.
