The food was great. The amount of pools were phenomenal because some pools were quiet. Some pools were filled with kids. Some had nice music and most importantly, a great pool on the rooftop that was perfect .

The steakhouse is by far the best restaurant. The Italian place is good. Sushi…not so much. Very understaffed for breakfast as we stayed during break. They were definitely not prepared for the amount of people staying at the hotel as they ran out of chairs around the pool as well as towels

This was a five star stay in my opinion . We thought everything was clean, modern and exemplary in many ways. I have only one small complaint. We would have liked regular coffee in the room with a microwave. We were very impressed with the pool areas, landscaping, proximity to the beach friendliness of the staff plus the dining choices. The Japanese and Mexican dining experiences or our favorite . We would recommend this resort to anyone, and would love to come back🙂

This was one of the cleanest properties I’ve ever stayed at. Brought our toddler. And had a great family time! Everyone is so accommodating. And I know there’s mixed reviews. But maybe they went during a busy period? We went mid to late February and the customer service and response was impeccable. It was our first time in Mexico. Also All-inclusive was worth it.
