Terrible room and service . Had a birthday never get any compliment from hotel !!Never buy any tickets for activities from the hotel. They are scam! Foods are terrible in buffet. No taste. Don’t have a straw everybody drinks from the same cups.

The upgraded swim up room option is the way to go with this resort. The upgrade allows for a totally different experience. The adult only restaurant is worth it for every single meal. The staff is so warm and welcoming. Everyone is genuinely kind.

First let me say the first day was pretty amazing, from check in to the staff. The next day I had several issues. One our bathroom sink faucet handle broke. Trying to get it fixed was like pulling teeth. I believe the simple solution would have been to move us but the manager on duty at front desk declined. Sink was broke for six hours. Three people looked at it and never returned. I called front desk several time and never could speak with a manager, because I was told the line was long. I finally went to counter and was told to be patient and give two more hours. Second problem at dinner I wanted two pieces of fish. The waiter made me wait for a hour in between servings. I questioned him he stated “ It’s a different plate” then he walked off. Mind you this is all inclusive. Not happy about that. Food portions could be larger, but presentation is good. I brought both problems to Brissa’s (concierge)attention and situation was rectified. We were upgraded. Me and my husband felt respected and happy. There were some pretty amazing staff here are a few. Brissa, Gabriel, Cora, Ismael, Caesar,Sergio, Carlos, Urael. Thank you for a great stay and we would return.

I really liked this resort. Most of the restaurants were great, very clean, good activities by the pool. Loved the beach and swimming in the ocean. Not super busy. Would definitely go back

We had a nice stay. I requested a king bed, but we were given two beds. Nobody at the pool followed the rules. All sun loungers were taken by 7am and the towel area did not open until 8am. Only one day of our 9 day stay did we actually get a lounger. The rest of our stay we sat on a picnic table or the ground. That was not fun.

We stayed at this resort for 1 week in January. Staff was fantastic and helpful, they had a buffet and a few restaurants onsite, they also have "adult only" swim up bar and hot tubs the only complaint I have is the two main pools are soo cold, could not even go into them, would of been better if was warmer, it also would of been used more

Once there, room was wrong. Told the next day we could get the right room. Next day water was coming in the room, told maintenance. Did not care. Had to take all the towels and put them at the wall to stop the water. Again infomed the person at the desk were we checked in. Moved rooms finally. Then had a screaming baby next to us in the adults only section. Was told oh they arent supposed to be there. Then had a loud party going on til 1am, was told oh security should have done something at 10pm. It was just one bad thing after another. We stayed there because we had prior and it was wonderful, this time was the complete opposite

Pretty decent resort, the biggest down fall was the Buffet( breakfast, lunch and dinner) one of the worst I have been to out of at least 10 different resort I have visited. A la Cart dining were great.

This place was really nice and for the most part the staff was friendly but sometimes it would be a hit or miss, some of the staff seemed really annoyed with any slightest inconvenience. Also, when room service would clean our room when we were gonna, we would come back and our personal stuff would be in a different place and moved and opened. I think that is unacceptable, an invasion of someone’s privacy, made us feel unsafe, and extremely unprofessional. Especially for an all inclusive place, it’s really disappointing. Other than that I really enjoyed it and they helped coordinate something special for celebrating an anniversary.

The resort itself is nice, for the price we paid we can’t complain a whole lot… but, the food was not great, we were there for 10 days and only had a few good meals. As for drinks, they were hit and miss as well, some were really good and others were really bad (not blended at all, watered down) The best place to get a drink from this resort was the timeout bar, the bartender in there was amazing. Most of the staff were good to deal with and very helpful. Not great for entertainment (day and night) at nighttime we found there was not much to do at all, a few things going on here and there but pretty boring. Overall, I would maybe rate this place a 3 star, as I said the building itself is really nice it’s everything else that seems to be lacking.
