Concierge Jose was extremely helpful in making sure our room met our physical needs. The waitresses were very slow and not helpful. Buffets are good, but very limited. This property is more for parents with children, with pool activities.
Very small table for 2 and no waitress to assist with the plates.
Japanese restaurant very good.
8:00 PM nothing to do at the hotel. Very nice view.

The property was well maintained, my concierge Gabriel Avila was very nice and helpful throughout my stay. He never hesitated to answer my questions or doubted on helping me. I went with my two kids and he made sure we had an easy access to amenities. Thank you Gabriel for everything.

First, our Expedia concierge Gabriel on site was excellent. Friendly, helpful and 5 stars for him. The hotel over all was clean but our room didn’t get cleaned one day, one day the blanket got a food stain and instead of changing it, the staff just turned the blanket upside down. A third day I asked our concierge to send someone o clean it and it was taken care of.

Rodrigo was the most amazing part of this stay. He worked remarkably hard the entire time week. Food was really good just wish there was a sidewalk not just a shoulder on the highway to walk on when leaving the resort.

Having a Butler was awesome never experienced this. Adrian in the Altitude tower was very hands on for any all concerns! Very nice adult pool, Sports bar & Altitude lounge. Good drinks! The food could have been better. Thats why we gave four stars. Will return!

The Krystal Grand Los Cabos was perfect for my family (kids 4 & 10). The pools, food and staff were up to expectations. Gabriel Avila at Expedia Concierge was very helpful with all our needs during our stay. We will be coming back soon!

The staff provided excellent service. Very friendly and accommodating, also highly responsive. Suggestions for improvement - the restaurants were "okay". Waitstaff service definitely needs some improvement or coaching. We were very disappointed there were no lounge chairs on the beach as depicted in the photos online. This could be a truly top-notch resort if they up their game a bit. As is, it was nice, great location, loved the adults only pool, and poolside waiters and bar tenders were great! My room was also kept very nice by the housekeeping staff. The rooftop bar needs more ambience and should be open to more guests. It always felt lonely up there!
