While this hotel Is completely beautiful staff is super friendly. The food is delicious like literally I miss the food , the drinks were also amazing. Myself and travel partner found ourselves pretty bored . It is a very peaceful quiet hotel . If you are looking for a party turn up vibe . This is not the place . The room was also lacking it felt out of date compared to the hotel lobby and pools Etc. overall I personally would not stay again due to the outdated rooms and lack of fun .

This hotel was a 5 star in terms of service, personal concierge(amazing job Roberto),stunning location, beautiful rooms, and well thought out spaces. Rated it a bit lower for some inconsistency in food, gorgeous bath tubs that couldn’t be filled up with hot water, and a spa that wasn’t fully operational with no communication. Although the massages were top notch(Lilia and Paloma it is a bit disappointing to pay those prices and not have a spa experience.

This resort wow’d my husband and I. From the moment we arrived we were in awe of the surroundings and staff. They never missed a beat. We were treated to incredible food and staff that were so well trained and were a delight to spend time with. The resort is clean and very well taken care of. We absolutely enjoyed our time here and this was the most enjoyable all inclusive we have ever been to. We would recommend the Reserve Level here it’s definitely with the extra money. Not like at other resorts where you can’t tell the difference. Shout out to Roberto, Jacqueline, Max, Anthony at Sante, Elsbeth. You all worked so hard to make all your guests feel welcome, relaxed and looked after. Every staff member is a gem. We will be back for sure.

we had a fabulous time at the resort. the staff was wonderful Juliet our concierge was very attentive and helpful with anything we needed. Had a spa treatment by Monica was very relaxing and I enjoyed throughly. Lunna and Jose at the spa desk were courteous and professional helping me decide which treatment was best for me and checking me in/out making sure I was pleased with my treatment. the restaurants were very good and of course the wait staff was top rate. We would certainly come back and stay at Paradius.

I found this hotel incredible, the location is one of the best .. the people who work for the hotel are very hospitable, friendly and always want to help in everything! I think it's one of the best options if you visit Cabos, if you can take the "the reserve" option it's great because it's worth it! I recommend renting a car for the trip and being able to go out and get to know the hotel

Good Stay- would recommend: Staff is so fantastic and hard working. Beautiful property- plenty of pool side and beach side covered cabanas. Plenty of towels with poolside and beachside employes to service the guests. Would be nice to have more variety when it comes to food options. There are activities every night- nice property to walk around at night and enjoy the space/beach.
