Playa Grande Resort & Grand Spa offers 260 air-conditioned accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors and feature safes and coffee/tea makers. Rooms open to balconies or patios. Pillowtop beds feature down comforters. A pillow menu is available. Guests can make use of the in-room full-sized refrigerators/freezers and microwaves. Bathrooms include bathtubs or showers with deep soaking bathtubs and rainfall showerheads, and hair dryers.

Never had an issue until this year. We had to pay additional for extra people, no long just paying fora room. Nothing special, not all-inclusive, just have 4 people instead of 2 and had to pay a premium for the extra people to stay ina room designed to sleep 5.

We had stayed at Playa grande resort for my husbands birthday. The property is beautiful! We had such a great experience. The room was clean the staff was very friendly and everything outside the property is walkable. We will definitely revisit.

Original room was a bit mildewy, so we requested a move and they completed that the next day. That was a bit of a disappointment, but the second room was excellent. Second year in a row we ended up making a move after one day. Staff were mostly great again this year. Entertainment team - Leylani, Sara, Aimee, Jair, Miguel were great. Meseros at the pool were excellent - Eduardo, Daniel, Ricardo, Jaime were gracious and attentive. Meseros for breakfast were fantastic as well - Fernando, Jorge, Jose, Humberto. Playa Grande is our second home.
