Location, location, location!!

Beautiful location, the best in Cabo! Excellent staff, friendly, helpful and engaging. We have done several trips as a family to Cabo and after staying here, we wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

The grounds very beautiful! We had a fantastic view of the sunrise from our 5th floor balcony. The service was outstanding everyone so friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were fabulous!!! We loved our vacation and made so many wonderful memories.

Well....Cabo is always fun so I'll start with that. However PB is an old resort that needs updating although it was very clean. The staff was...there. Rude? No. Friendly? No again. Food is probably the worst thing about this place. We ate at the main restaurant (Paloma?)...I had tacos and wifey had the special. Food arrived 35 minutes after we ordered and was cold. The crappy part was when we went to check out the waiter THEN told us the special was $24. So much for all inclusive. The saving grace is that you can eat next door at the sister resort (Rose) where the staff WAS friendly and the food was pretty good. Really, the only thing good about this place is the price

Alfredo was the best! He really understands giving a great customer experience. And he was wonderful to the 4 kids we had with us as well! Everyone that worked there seemed happy to be there and their high level service showed! It was a nearly perfect first family trip to Cabo and we will be back to stay at Pueblo Bonito absolutely!!!
