Not liking the fact that a 3rd party greeted us and were a timeshare. He gave us a run down on where things were on the property and booked us reservations to the restaurants but that should have been done with property employees and doesn't change the fact that we felt pressured/guilted to have to sign up to spend our precious vacation time to listen to a timeshare pitch. We did not go on the pitch. Our fire alarm went off randomly one day, gladly it was during daytime hours. Our friends' hotel door room lock stopped functioning so that wasted quite a few hours. Their property app could use updating, it is glitchy. Food was 3/5. Pizza was the best though the pizza oven was down for one full day. Room service was great, kept offering to clean room every day when we really didn't need it. One elevator on the south side of the building was down so it may have taken some time to get on one at certain times of the day. A plus was that at least it operated quickly.

Stayed 4 nights/ 5 days. Reservations for the nice restaurants fill up fast. Bartenders are very attentive n friendly. Housekeeping is awesome. But wait staff is rude and takes very long to bring drinks. I think that as soon as they see you’re not a member they ignore you and purposely take long to wait on you. They forget orders, they give you small tables, they make faces when you ask for certain things, etc. Front desk was nice to check in but check out was just ok.

booked 4 rooms for 5 nights and later added an extra night before the original check-in. I informed the staff that I had two separate reservations, and asked that they be combined to avoid disruption. Despite repeated communication and confirmation, I was forced to check out completely, fill out all new paperwork, and switch rooms. I was left without a room from 11 AM to 3 PM, which was extremely inconvenient. We were a party of 12, and it was nearly impossible to get dinner reservations for a large group. The buffet food was cold and had very limited options, especially for children. The bartenders and poolside waiters were very friendly and attentive, which we appreciated. However, the front desk staff were rude and unhelpful. In particular, the night supervisor raised his voice at me when I simply asked for an explanation regarding the unnecessary check-out and check-in process. I travel to Mexico several times a year, and I can confidently say I will not be returning to this property. The service at the front desk was unacceptable, and the overall experience was disappointing.

We thought the property was very clean and well maintained. The food was great! Both at the buffet and the restaurants. The pizza was bussin. I enjoyed that they had a relaxing pool where it was more quiet.The gym had old and worn down equipment, could use updates. Overall was an excellent day and we would stay there again for sure!

This property is nothing like what is described on the website or pictures. To start they bombard with timeshare stuff when you first get there. They get all your information. Their gym has limited equipment that is very old and some equipment does not work. Limited drink options at the bar. They charge room service which beats the purpose of all inclusive. They take hours when you ask for room service of any sort.

Property was fine for the value. Limited time open for the outside bars, a couple of restaurants were closed every other night. Only 2 beers allotted per room, no liquor in rooms. Sink was slow to drain, TV kept having the screen going black and one of the lounge chairs outside were broken. Probably won't stay here again. Also, ocean was black flag the entire time so limited swimming there.

The Royal Solaris Los Cabos property is undeniably beautiful, with spacious grounds and a stunning layout. However, some areas of the resort felt outdated, and much of the furniture, especially in the dining areas, was noticeably worn and stained. The highlight of our stay was the large pool with a swim-up bar, which was fantastic. The water temperature was perfect and warm, but still refreshing. Our room was comfortable, though also showing signs of age. The toilet made frequent gurgling noises and was sometimes difficult to flush. The in-room refrigerator offered limited complimentary amenities: just two bottles of water, three cans of soda, and one beer. The buffet was average, with decent food options, though the desserts were underwhelming. We dined at only one of the on-site restaurants, Marco Polo, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The food quality was poor, and the service was mediocre at best. Overall, the resort has potential, especially with its beautiful pool and location, but it could greatly benefit from updates and improvements in both its facilities and dining experiences.

This property was lovely, especially in the evening, the lighting looks gorgeous. The staff was friendly, pool is nice and big, water park and kids area was fun. As far as the food, we only tried the buffet and the food was average. The issue that seems to happen everywhere is reserving pool chairs with towels, they have signs but rules are not followed. Otherwise, we had a great, short stay!
