Victor/jacob team were wonderful. Kept in touch with us by text, victor came to the room to meet us. Jacob went to our room to check on the tv. They were warm and friendly and easy to talk to!! The room was very nice but needed hooks in the bathroom for towels and robes. Every staff person we interacted with was kind and helpful

Very unaccommodating considering we both got terribly ill with the flu right before arrival, not to mention highly contagious—we opted to leave the resort out of concern for everyone else's safety, and the resort would not lift a finger to help us with the circumstances. They repeatedly denied my request for a voucher (not even a refund!) to stay at the resort in a couple months, which I was willing to book on the spot. I have just booked my next Cabo vacation at the Waldorf, happily spending more money for the peace of mind that they will treat us like humans (not revenue items like Viceroy).

Room and staff were excellent. View was fantastic. The elevators were not working properly, waiting 10 to 15 minutes at our floor then walk down 5 flights of stairs. There is a difference between paying for an expensive item and feeling like you have been ripped off. We felt for the cost of food and drink was a rip off. $25. US dollars for 4 oz glass of Mexican wine, and $14. US for a bottle of water we felt was unreasonable. It was an experience however we will not be back.

We recently stayed at the Viceroy Los Cabos and found the property to be absolutely beautiful. The architecture and design are stunning, and the views are truly breathtaking—definitely one of the highlights of our stay. That said, there were a few areas that could be improved. Unfortunately, the food did not meet our expectations, especially given the level and price point of the resort. Additionally, while the main room was comfortable, the pull-out bed/couch provided for our son was very uncomfortable—you could clearly feel the springs, which made it difficult for him to get a good night’s sleep. We also found that activities on the property were quite limited. There was little to do during the day, particularly for families traveling with children. Because of this, the resort may be better suited as an adults-only property, as there is not much offered to keep kids engaged. Overall, the Viceroy Los Cabos is visually stunning and peaceful, but guests traveling with children or those looking for more activities and stronger dining options may want to consider these factors when booking.
