We loved Viceroy for our Cabo vacation! The service was great. The bathroom in the room was very small for a 2 person room and there were only 2 drawers and 5 hangers between 2 people for a full week of vacation, which made it difficult to find where to store our things for the week. Everything else was wonderful! Beautiful property, great pool area with no splashing children. Easy to get transportation to/from anywhere in an uber or other transportation. Quick 5 min drive to downtown San Jose which is a lovely, cute town with many great dining options and shops.

This was our first time stay here and all I can say is Wow! Thank you to the amazing team at Viceroy Los Cabos. Thank you for going above and beyond to make our birthday celebration a success. Every detail of our stay was perfect, from arranging transportation, setting up decorations, to booking our daily activities. We stayed in a beautiful junior suit with ocean views for five days. We were completely taken care of. The staff were friendly, attentive and accommodating. The service was just exceptional! They had amazing staffs and the service is excellent and the food was also beyond our expectations. The best all inclusive food i would say Everything is freshly made from scratch from juice to ice cream.

This property is all about the upsell. If we were paying less I could understand the constant push for add ons. It is not relaxing. Do not go to Cielomar. It is unbelievably stuffy with a crazy dress code that doesn’t allow shorts or sandals. There are so many better hotels in Cabo. Luckily we only stayed there one night.

We had a great time at the Viceroy. The manager and staff were awesome. Pricey as hell but worth it if you can swing it. Felt like we were on White Lotus without the weirdness.
