Freshly built in 2024, The Charm Beach house is furnished and fully equipped to provide the utmost comfort to our guests. Capacity for 14 people.

-10 min car ride from Los Organos
-25 min from Mancora, the most touristic city of the province.
-50 minutes from Talara airport (TLY)
The space
Within the house you will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen. 4 rooms, 2 of them with their full private bathroom. 1 other full bathroom. Each room has a TV and is freshly decorated. All rooms have air conditioning.. The master bedroom has access to the backyard with a stunning view of the pool and the beach, additionally the master bathroom has a jacuzzi. You will find board games, one baby foot and one Toad in the hole game. Fully access to the infinity pool and the beach. The exterior is equipped with an exterior shower and outdoor furnitures.
Upon request, we can provide the following services:

The Charm Beach House is located in El ÑURO, Los Organos, Talara, Piura, one of the best beaches in Northern Peru. This property is part of the Private Condominiums NORD, and it is built on the front line near the shoreline, which gives you the best view and direct access to the beach.

Please note that it is preferable to have a car to explore the beauty of the landscapes and to the house since Condominium NORD is an isolated area. We can provide you a trusted rental car company or a taxi service company if you do not plan to drive.

-Upon request we can accommodate our personnel to help you with shopping and delivering groceries to the house.

We can also recommend where to eat, transportation service for large group, tourist activities, essential services, etc.
