We feel that they could improve with staff having more staff in hand last night around 9 PM the lobby was already closed there was no staff there. And the most horrible experience was a when we went to bed and pulled out the bed covers there was a huge cockroach by the pillows. It is a very nice property but it needs maintenance people pulling weeds painting and the exterior landscape maintenance. Hope to come back and find better conditions. The location and structure are beautiful, and decor.

Check in was excellent! I don’t speak Spanish :/ and the reception spoke excellent English. What a beautiful location in the mountains. The scenery from every area - our balcony, the restaurant, the pool - beautiful. The food at the restaurant was good. Overall - felt like we found a diamond in the rough.

This hotel is a hidden gem! The views of the surrounding mountains is amazing. The staff, especially Maria and her husband Ariel made our stay an extraordinary experience. They are super friendly and they will go the extra mile and a half to meet your expectations. Will definately go back.

This is not a resort! I stayed for 1 night twice since it is the only place available when traveling between Bocas and David. The place needs attention. There was graffiti on the patio wall of my room. The first time I stayed, the mini fridge was not plugged in and when I opened it, it was moldy. There is no hot water in the shower, warm at best. The location is stunning and it is disappointing that the hotel is basically a neglected ghost town. The front desk girl was nice and courteous, so was the rest of the staff. Kudos to them.

Beautiful venue both inside and out. Very few visitors in mid week. Staff very helpful despite we gringos. Could have been air conditioned but OK with ceiling fan. Doors to first floor patios need lockable screen for fresh air.
