Maresía consists of eight holiday homes with incredible views of the sea and the summit. It has beautiful green areas and parking if you come with a car. The pool, shared for use with the rest of the apartments, faces the sea with dream views from where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets. Although the weather in Tenerife is very good, our pool is heated all year round.



All homes have Wifi, Smart TV and all the details that will make your stay something special on your vacation.



We seek the privacy of our guests and we achieve it with a lot of vegetation knowing that your only neighbor will be the sea.



The name Maresía comes from the cloud of water caused by breaking waves. When the sea is angry "La Maresía" can be felt from the house since we are very close to it. LOS PATOS is on the upper floor, it has a large en-suite room, a fully equipped kitchen area, living room and a completely glazed dream terrace so you don't miss anything. It is a wonderful place where you can enjoy one of the best sunsets in Tenerife. It is equipped with Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, a Nespresso and an Italian coffee machine, a high-quality sofa bed in the living room, and a King Size bed in the bedroom. The bathroom has a shower tray and a washing machine. The home has everything you could need so that your only concern is enjoying the wonderful views of the Atlantic Ocean. Our rooms are completely renovated and updated in 2023.

The town of Los Realejos is welcoming and close. The house is in the neighborhood of El Toscal - La Longuera, a small town with all services and less than 5 minutes by car from the famous El Socorro beach and trails such as Rambla de Castro and La Gordejuela.



The small town of Toscal and La Longuera is very close. From the house to La Longuera it will take you about 5 minutes walking and there you will find great restaurants like La Finca, El Andarife or El Guachinche El Pino. There are supermarkets, bakeries, bars and pharmacies very close.

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find a garden and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
