The bedrooms consist of a double and twin, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a front enclosed patio with furniture, terrace with furniture, and side patio with furniture, and roadside parking and parking in a free public car park opposite. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub, and river 0.1 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels (not beach towels) included in the rent. For extra convenience, there is a stairgate, a hairdryer and a selection of books and games. A stay at Cobble Cottage promises to be one to remember. Note: No children under eight. Note: Steps up to the property. Note: Please check high tide, as carpark and garden can flood. Please Note: No Electric Vehicle Charging at the property

The village boasts an award winning pub/restaurant and has a small shop and post office. Nearby Lostwithiel is renowned also for its good restaurants and antique shops. The stunning Eden Project (8 miles), the Shipwreck Harbour at Charlestown, the lovely fishing village and harbour of Mevagissey, the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the stately home and gardens at Lanhydrock (NT) can all be reached in under half an hour while Padstow and the rolling surf of the north coast are just over 20 miles away.
