The second floor consists of a living room with a large sofa and a bedroom. From here you have access to the balcony, from where you have a marvellous view of the open island landscape.



The house is located in picturesque Gillberga with several typical Öland houses and farms. The sea is only 1500 metres from the house and at about the same distance you will find limestone quarries, where everything from concerts to guided walks are offered in the summer. Öland is rich in sights and activities for all ages. Öland has several good golf courses, you will find Ölands Golfclub in Källatorp.



Notes: The pool is heated in the period June - September. No youth groups. As the house is in a quiet neighbourhood, parties and noise are not welcome.
