What better way to spend a relaxing time with family and friends than being RIGHT on the water in one of the quietest and picturesque coves off of the Potomac River in the Northern Neck. Bring your kayaks and your fishing gear and enjoy water that is as calm as glass all day long. Breathtaking sunrise and sunset views will make you not want your trip to end. Enjoy all of your favorite barbecue favorites and cocktails while taking in the views of the water. When you want to relax inside, you will be relaxing in a completely renovated space where natural sunlight pours in every window allowing you to disconnect from the day to day hustle of life and relax in our favorite waterfront oasis.

Free parking directly in front of the house and a wifi connected smart lock will make your self check in absolutely seamless.

There is a $1,000 fine for any sign of smoking in addition to cost to replace any damaged items. There is a $1,500 fine for partying, including large number of unauthorized guests and sustained elevated noise. All unapproved late checkouts will incur a $25 per hour fine.
