Beautiful room in a brand new building (opening in July 2025) equipped with private bathroom, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, minibar, and safe. There is a shared terrace with a sofa, armchairs, and outdoor table. Located in Lotzorai, in the heart of Ogliastra, it is 5 minutes from the ports of Arbatax and Santa Maria Navarrese, from which you can reach the famous Cale di Baunei (Cala Goloritzè was named the most beautiful beach in the world in 2025). The property is a maximum of 300 meters from the main amenities (bar, café, pizzeria, ice cream parlor, sandwich shop, delicatessen, bank, post office, newsagent, tobacconist, town square, etc.). The main beaches are between 5 and 15 minutes by car from the property, with the opportunity to visit the various attractions awarded the Blue Flag (an award for beaches that offer crystal clear sea, environmental protection, environmental education, and much more). Exclusive extra services are available, such as car rental, quad bike rental, ferry bookings with exclusive offers, laundry, etc. Parking is available by reservation only and subject to availability.
