The upper floor serves as the main living and dining area, featuring an entrance hall and a spacious kitchen and living room with a dining table and direct exit to the second terrace. This floor is designed to be the social heart of the property, combining cooking and relaxation spaces in an open and functional layout.

The top floor comprises 2 additional bedrooms, both characterized by attractive sloping ceilings.
