Staff was great! Rooms were wonderful. The only issue we had was the hot water in the shower wasn’t really working. We were only there for 1 night so we didn’t even mention it. I’m sure if we did they would’ve been all over fixing it.

The checkout process took way longer than expected on a Sunday where there were multiple guests checking out at once with with only 1 front desk person. It would be helpful to have at least 1 other person working the desk.

Everything GREAT, will stay here again. Only two minor complaints: breakfast seemed overpriced, but plenty of options in the neighborhood; and the wifi connection was a little convoluted compared to other hotels. But otherwise excellent hotel. Great room.
