Carpet needs to be cleaned. No house keeping services available. Room was not cleaned the next morning and the beds did not get made no fresh towels the next day.but at least i packed my own .u pay for a service but u dont get it.

Disgusting! Don't even consider booking.

This place is dirty and poorly operated. Managers/owners hanging out and sleeping in the lobby. Breakfast was almost non-existent. Dirty sheets and pillowcases. Leftover McDonald's food left in the fridge from a previous guest. We had to cut our stay short, and got a partial refund. We took pictures, but I am unable to upload them here. We moved across the street to the Hampton, and it was wonderful!

Decent/ inexpensive / weird experience

We have stayed here before and liked it, which is why we came back. My kids love the pool here and we have tried a ton of hotel pools. It is a decent/cheap place for a stay-cation for the kids to swim and is within an hour of home. I did have a strange experience this time. The lady at the front desk told me I must pay my deposit in cash. It was NO WHERE in the check in instructions, I double checked. I had been here just a few months before and that was not the case. I generally do not check into hotels with hundreds of dollars on me. I drove to an atm and got the deposit out. (no actual receipt was printed/emailed for this part of the transaction). When it was time to check out, I asked the gentleman behind the desk about my deposit and he was very confused about why she took my deposit in cash and had to go find out what was going on. My family have stayed in many hotels and I’ve never had this experience before. It was just strange. Some of the other guests I asked at the pool said they paid their deposit with their cards so I’m not sure why/who gets chosen for this “rule”, and do find it inconvenient and frustrating. When I asked when that rule was implemented, she told me, “a lot of people have their cards declined.” We will likely find another place to go because of this situation.

The microwave did not work. The breakfast had waffles (good) but the muffins where tiny and did not look tasty. Only one cereal, no cream for the coffee. The rooms where clean as was the hotel in general. We would definitely stay again.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

Aweful...blankets im the room were dirty. Had lipstick and smugges all over..room smelled of cigarettes and was suppost to be non smoking. I was lied to about pool hours. I was told pool opened at 11 a.m But when we left at 9:30 people were swimming...terrible hotel!!!!!!
