Five bedroom, remodeled home close to all of the Louisville favorites! Easy access to downtown, NuLu, FrankfortAvenue, the highlands and all the parks. Easily hop on the interstate and you are minutes to Churchhill downs. Home will be professionally cleaned and derby ready for you to have a best weekend possible! Large backyard with gas grill and two covered porches with outside TV and sitting area. Also outside to have a large dining table and patio area with fire pit. Basement includes pool table, bathroom and washer and dryer. Full kitchen with all appliances and Louisville stoneware dishware. Master bedroom has its own separate family room and bathroom on the first floor. Second floor has four bedrooms and two full baths. Beautiful Street with old Louisville charm in Crescent Hill!

Louisville Charm

We stayed for Oaks and Derby. The home is graciously appointed and has historical charm. Lovely area and the large backyard and veranda provides a peaceful space to hang out and enjoy the evening with friends. Living and dining rooms are also spacious and comfortable.
