Had to pay for one night of the second room because the storm didn’t block my friend in a week ahead of the planned stay instead of 3 days ahead. And the TV in my room didn’t work.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was insane, like almost too much; nice and hot. Great fridge space. Cooking pots/pans and two sets of dishes and utensils provided. Even had a couple leftover containers provided. Fairly quiet other than a noisy tenant here and there. Friendly staff. Really the only issue was the TV is not a smart TV so I couldn’t watch Netflix/Hulu/etc.

The room was great, bed kinda hard, and there was an issue with the dish washer in room 223; However, the lovely receptionist ( Dani i think someone called her? Red long straight hair, glasses, always wearing a golden cross necklace, and very soft spoken.) Got us all sorted out and helped switch our rooms. She made the whole experience 10× better! She was easy to talk to, social, kind, and especially good with kids! Now imagine my surprise when I see her being berated, talked down to, and plain out disrespected by (i assume) the gm! One nighy while i was waiting on my uber he walks up to her, demands her badge, and rudely snatches it from her without even telling her why! Then a night or two ago hes snappy with her when all she did was ask a question about a seminar! Had it not been for him I wouldve rated full stars.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking for a place to stay for more than a few nights. Some of the rooms are bigger than others. My room wasn’t the biggest… but I was still happy with it. The room I stayed in was a handicapped accessible room (I enjoy having a bathtub & large bathroom). These rooms feel like a small apartment. You have a glass top stove with two burners, microwave, lots of cabinets and storage space, silverware, plates, bowls, pots and pans, large refrigerator and even a dishwasher. The bedroom area has of course a tv, end tables and a desk area. Underneath your tv you have drawers with lots of room. The only thing I did not like about my room is I had no control over my room temperature. There were times I was cold and times I was hot. I was given the option to switch rooms, but I had just got done packing and getting situated I did not feel like packing everything back up. This hotel is deff one of my favorites!
