I booked it because it wasn't pet friendly. However, when we got there there was a couple next to us that was screaming and fighting for hours. The mattresses sucked.. If you can't find peace in a hotel that is sad.

This stay was deceitful. The pros are it was clean and had very nice employees. Thanks Amy! Everything that made me choose this hotel for others with the same price was wrong. The person that checked me in said that these changes are in the official hotel site but there isn't an office site for Country inn & suites by Radisson. The closest to that is choicehotels.com. When I booked at Hotels.com I was promised, "Free wired internet", "Pool access: 7:00 AM - midnight", "Check-out time is noon". No mention of CASH only deposit. When I got there, it was required $100 in cash which I didn't have on me. There is a "convenient" ATM that charges $3.95 fee on top of $3 that my bank charged me to use. The wired Internet doesn't exist. They don't provide an ethernet cord so I bought a $15 ethernet cord just to find out they don't support ethernet, only wifi. None of the usb ports worked so I bought a $20 usb plug so I could charge my devices. Check out is 11 am. Pool access start @ 10 am. When I got home I seen they updated the "official" site, choicehotels.com to say "Credit card or cash deposit required for incidental charges" On their website they now show Check-Out 11 and mention cash deposit when using other websites. However they still show "Dataport" as a feature to access their internet. No mention of pool hours. For breakfast every day for 4 mornings they served the same thing.Sausage patties, Biscuits & gravy and scrambled eggs but with no fixings like cheese. Very unhappy!

The beds were comfy. The bathroom was nice and clean and the shower/bath was excellent. The room seemed nicely updated and decorated. There were a wealth pof dining options, several within walking distance. Very nice stay overall.

It was terrible. Room was ok but could use better lighting in the bathroom. It was really dim. Pool was dirty. Don’t think there was any circulation in the pool. After we got into the pool we felt slimey and my daughter got sick from the pool. All door frames in pool area were rusted out at the bottom for a few inches.

We got a great deal when we booked a 1 bedroom King suite for 3 nights. The parking lot had some construction going on, so parking was a little bit of a hassle, but nothing that wouldn’t make us not come back. Breakfast was great, staff was great when we asked for extra blankets, pillows and towels. The rooms needed a bit of an update, but overall a good place to stay for a tournament! Only a 15-20 minute drive to downtown.
