I have stay here often. Never really had any issues other than AC not working a few times. This week my stay was terrible. One side of bed looked like a 3000 pound piece of concrete was on it. Not sure how house keeping or management didn't noticed it. Very obvious. Pillows felt hard like couch cushions with a pillow cover over them. Couldn't sleep first night of stay so second night I went to Costco and bought a pillow to use. Was putting some stuff in safe. Looked down and seen 2 roaches running across the floor. I am in Louisville often on business. This will be my last time staying here.

This hotel is always really beautiful and very clean. My only complaint is the SMELL. If you have migraines or any sensitivity to strong fragrances, this isn’t the hotel for you. The smell of fragrance in the elevator, hallway and room was unfortunately so strong I had to put my shirt over my nose. Usually hotels don’t use fragrance because it makes you feel like they’re covering up an unpleasant smell. In the room it was hard to sleep, almost as if it was coming through the vents. It was so strong It felt like I could taste it. I bought an air purifier during the stay just to see if that would help. It’s really a shame because when we came to the hotel in October it was perfect. I would like to come back one more time to see if this was a fluke or if this is a permanent thing they’re now doing. I will say that the staff are always so friendly here and extremely helpful.
