This condo is in the heart of the popular Highlands neighborhood. Steps away from restaurants, bars, and shops on Baxter Ave and Bardstown Road. We offer two off street parking spaces. One is contained in a gated area and the other is an off street space along the side of the building. This condo is three stories with two private patios overlooking Baxter Ave! Just minutes away from downtown Louisville and Churchill Downs - Home of the Kentucky Derby. Centrally located.

You enter the condo on the second floor from a private terrace. The second floor contains 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, the living room, and kitchen. If you go down one flight of stairs to the first floor you will find a large bedroom with two queen beds and attached walk in closet and full bathroom. Down the hall is a half bath. On the third floor you will find a bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom. The laundry room with a washer and dryer is also on the third floor along with a second terrace that provides great views. Enjoy the ping pong table or people watching.

Please note that this property overlooks popular Baxter Ave. This is a big draw for most staying with us as it is within walking distance of many bars and restaurants. However due to this there is also the potential for noise. We do provide sound machines to help drown this out.
