Beware of deposit hold on your credit card.

Although there was one gentleman there that was very friendly and said hello or good morning to me everyday that I was there, which was very impressive 😀. The room and the front desk was just okay. I found several long blonde hairs on my blankets and floors. They hold a $50 deposit on your credit card for what I was told 3-5 business days 😐.

It looked pretty scuzzy when I pulled up. The staff was very nice. The room seemed clean but there were mold stains on the ceiling and in the bathroom. Also there was a cockroach in our room. The bed was very comfortable

Nice friendly place to rest for night

The staff was great and very polite. He even gave me an upgrade free of charge as another customer wanted the room I booked. There was breakfast available but I didn't partake.

When I checked into the room I was told it was a smoking room. When I protested and asked for non smoking I was told there was no non smoking room available so I checked in thinking I had no other option. When my husband and I went to the room it smelled awful. My husband went to talk to the staff and they lied and told him they had offered a cancellation and I had refused and now that I had already checked un they couldn’t cancel the booking or exchange the room. We had to pay for a new room at a different hotel, wasted points and money with no refund on any of it. Very upsetting and disappointing to have been lied to and taken advantage of.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The website clearly stated that breakfast was included, but no breakfast was served during our stay. The bathroom had visible water damage on the floor, as if it hadn’t been properly maintained or repaired. To make matters worse, the room was never cleaned during our stay, and we were told we had to take out our own trash or face an extra fee. This is not the level of service I expected, and I definitely would not stay here again or recommend it to others.
