Room was spacious for our family of five. Kids enjoyed the pool. Lobby was beautifully decorated. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast. Staff was very friendly. Plenty of restaurants walkable. Parking was difficult downtown with one way streets; so, we just used valet.

Great Property, Meh Service

The property is absolutely beautiful! Probably the nicest Embassy we have ever stayed in. The service was sub par. The blonde who checked us is gave us no instructions about our stay. No info on nightly reception, wifi, hours of breakfast, not even our free cocktail tickets. I literally asked the lady working the desk next to her (infont of the lady) and she gave me everything I needed. The original check in lady looked unbothered that someone was finishing her job for her. The next day at the cocktail reception I met other guests who said they also received an unwelcoming and lack luster welcome at check in. They also weren’t given their complimentary drink tickets. Our rooms tv would not turn on and our pull out sofa had no linens stored in the room. Maintenance also had to come back to unclog a toilet. Parking was also slim if you aren’t valeting. Other than this the property was clean and beautiful!

Great property, terrible management

Switched my room without telling me. They were oversold. Ran out of blankets, etc. Room didn’t have the traditional extra set. Had to use towels as sheets and blankets. Front desk left multiple messages for the manager to contact me and she still hasn’t after 11 days. I was told on my last call that she’s just too busy with meetings to follow-up.

Property is great. Walkable to restaurants, a lot of options. Not as close to the distilleries. My biggest problem was the stafff: on check in I gave my credit card and the lady said my card was on file. The next day I was awaken at 7:30 (I’m on vacation) by front desk sayin I have to go downstairs immediately to give my credit card for incidentals. I said I was sleeping and I would go after breakfast. The lady said her manager was asking. I went down after breakfast gave the credit card… she apologized and said her manager was still asking. My checkout was at an hour after that and the room was already paid so no point on forcing to get the credit card as if I’m criminal (it was their mistake to begin with). Valet asks to call 10 minutes in advance so they get your car. I called 15, and waited another 20 when I got there. Again good hotel, staff needs more training/support or a new manager

When I first arrived at the facility, I was tired after my flight, and I was given a room that someone was already in. On Saturday I needed the room cleaned at 8 am, I spoke with the front desk, and they stated they would have it cleaned. When I returned to the room they had not been cleaned yet. I went back up to the front desk and the head of housekeeping had an attitude and was rude.
