Traveling on family vacation in Louisville. Advanced reservation was simple. Arrived and found very friendly staff man working the front desk. Check-in was seamless. Our room was spotless and as nice as anticipated for a four-star hotel. Clean and quiet and safe. We utilize the fitness room, swimming pool, and walked the neighborhood for exercise - safe. When we needed extra bath towels and a blanket one night, there were no issues. The omelette breakfast is top notch. Plenty of close parking. Would definitely return.
