The room was nice. My 7 year old daughter and I stayed. We enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was waffles, biscuit and gravy, yogurt and toast. The only FYI.. There is a$75 deposit but upon check out you discover that it takes 4 to 5 business days to get that back.

I didn’t extend my stay and asked lady owner can I leave my things in the room cause I’m disabled. The lady owner said I have until 5pm to have someone to pack up the room. My husband arrived at Gold Vault around 2pm and my food items were in the trash and clothes packed on dolly. Over half of my food items, containers, 3 gallon of costly water were missing from food items in the trash.. I contacted Gold Vault and asked for owner to return my call and no one responded back.I will file a police report on Monday for missing items or charges toward company/owners.

My room had quite a few concerns, but I was not with my wife and it is very close to Fort Knox main gate. Overall I was fine with the property because of the appropriate price, and everyone I met there was really nice.

The dresser/entertainment center had all of its legs broken off. It was leaning back with the tv on top. There is no place to hang up clothing. The outlets were so loose that plugs would fall out. They had power strips everywhere in the room. The curtains had mold on the bottom off them.
