It was extremely clean. Our stay was basically just to sleep there, but was very, very comfortable. The bathroom was nice and bright, clean.

Family trip

The hotel was clean and the people at the front desk were kind and quick with checking us in. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was pretty good. I would stay here again.

I arrived at the property to be informed that the hotel was massively overbooked. Staff member said he would “upgrade” my 2 queen beds to a King, pull out couch, and rollaway bed. He assured me that rollaways are “exactly like a regular bed” just on wheels. When informed that 2 beds were a necessity, he miraculously found a room with 2 beds that was “still an upgrade” for my inconvenience. My upgraded room was smaller and cheaper than the room I originally booked. I understand overbooking happens. I was completely fine with the downgraded room, but please don’t give me the used car salesman pitch and ignore Expedia when they call to inquire about the situation.

Stayed here while looking around for a place to move in the area and felt soooo comfortable coming back here at the end of long days! Staff was so helpful and warm. Breakfast was diverse in options. Clean and smelled nice. And, a huge perk for me was the coffee was actually so well made with great creamer/ sugar options. Next step will be moving to a place of our own but if I had to travel again, or had family come in, I’d stay here all over again!

Breakfast was excellent both days. My only complaint is that the handicap room was wheelchair accessible which was not what I needed. I needed a zero entry shower that most Hampton's can provide. This one had a tub and was dangerous for my mother.

Jared was great. Tv didn’t work in the first room he put me in and switched rooms without hesitation. Excellent customer service. The beds in this Hampton could use some improvements. I’ve been at this location multiple times and something about the beds that is uncomfortable. Overall it is a very good Hampton to stay at. Again customer service is top notch.
