The Hampton Inn was superb. Extremely clean. Bed was comfortable. Bed mattress was between a soft and a firm. A perfect night sleep. The bathroom towels and wash clothes were plenty. Breakfast was good. Both cold and hot foods. The front desk was caring and friendly. The location was in a nice area and plenty of lighting. Overall experience was terrific. It is a newer hotel so everything was modern for the times.

Hotel was very nice, modern. Our room was very nice, clean, great bathroom and easy access with 2 elevators. very secure with use of keycard to go up to our floor. Desk staff was great and always present and friendly. We enjoyed very tasty and fresh breakfasts, coffee, ect. Great stay and very accessible to highways.

This hotel was super clean from the rooms to the bathrooms and the common spaces (lobby, breakfast, lobby bathrooms, etc). The rooms were also VERY spacious which was much appreciated. The beds and pillows were comfortable! The gym was clean and nice - got the job done. Location of the hotel was super convenient (great location if you want to do the bourbon trail and stay in Louisville). I appreciated the coffee that was out 24/7 and the hands free water bottle refill station in the lobby. Parking was easy and convenient. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Louisville!
