Highlands House with King Bed and Hot Tub

Old charm mixed with modern amenities. We have two spacious bedrooms upstairs with a full bathroom where 6 guests can sleep
Comfortably. We have a third bedroom as well as our games room in the basement with another full bathroom.
Our house sleeps 10 people comfortably. Spacious living room as well large dining room table with a sunroom off the living room.
All bedrooms have Smart TV’s that you can log into your personal subscriptions.
Very spacious private backyard that’s loved by all ages!!! A brand new Hot Tub, a dining table and comfortable lounge area will make for a lovely afternoon or evening with our string lights that creates the perfect ambiance.
The basement has a black jack table that can also be converted into a roulette table or poker table.

The highlight of our house is the backyard oasis we have created and enjoyed ourselves by enjoying a morning cup of coffee soaking up the peaceful ambiance or relaxing in the hot tub unwinding and socializing creating the best memories!!!

We have a camera in the driveway and by the front door.

We are 6.7 Miles to UofL University football field the L&N Federal Credit Union Stadium;

6.7 Miles to Churchill Downs, Derby;

4.5 Miles to Louisville Airport SDF;

5 Miles to KY Expo Center;

Guest must be 25 or older to book. We don’t allow birthday parties/ baby showers/bridal showers / proposals or any kind of Thanksgiving parties, Christmas parties or New Year’s. Our house is for the guests that reserved it to be a home away from home, or a place to rest when they come to visit the city or their families.

Unfortunately we do not offer early check in as this is a fairly large house and we need all the time to get it, but if you do need one we offer it at a price.
