I was disappointed by the professionalism of the staff. To be clear, the two ladies working the breakfast buffet and the coffee making were excellent. They were friendly and went out of their way to take care of their guests. I was a bit offended by the management and the way the manager (forgot her name) reprimanded this staff for letting us know the primary coffee maker was broken (odd story). I also thought the front desk workers could have been far more professional. I made several requests that they confirmed but never took care of. These included items I requested fro the room as well as shuttle requests, etc. All in all it was the management and the front desk that were the reasons for the poor review. Next time be honest with your guests, treat your employees with respect, and follow through with the jobs you commit too.

We stayed there for Bourbon & Beyond Festival and it is in such a convenient location. You’re not fighting the traffic, good parking, walkable to the fairgrounds, very safe, clean, and breakfast served the next morning. Will stay there again.

Property is nice, but their bar & grill, and eating area are under construction and one of the elevators didn't work at all. Breakfast service was great; food was ok. Potatoes were soggy because they were just reheated from frozen; powdered eggs; bacon was paper thin and quickly broke when you selected a piece. Evening bar/grill had 2 ladies working that spent most of their time gabbing with each other. Beer was not cold and drink selection was weak. Dinner food selection was very weak so we settled for some pork sliders which were good but it's all pre-packaged stuff. Wanted the chicken tenders but they were all out. I'm not happy with changes in this hotel. I booked through Expedia and paid for complimentary breakfasts, yet the hotel didn't have that information - had to prove it to them; you have to request everything including room cleaning; was told we had 2 complimentary water bottles in our room and got nothing; coffee maker hadn't been cleaned in a very long time; had to scan bar code just to get room info. No in-room manual for that stuff which I think is handier. Not sure if we'll come back.
