The staff here are so kind. I was also surprised that they offered shuttle service to more than just the airport - they gave us a shuttle ride to/from the Derby and offered rides to/from nearby restaurants.

We only stayed one night after going to Lights Under Louisville. Our room was nice and fit our needs! Only thing about the run we didn't like was the bathroom door was a slider and didn't latch so there was no privacy at all, you could hear everything the person in the bathroom was doing! Also we chose this place to let our kids swim and the pool was absolutely FRIGID!!! IT WAS SO COLD AND SMALL! We were very disappointed!

The room was a little worn down- no lock on bathroom door, some peeling wallpaper, some mildew, airplane noise. At midnight when we got in, the gps was wrong with all the construction and back frontage roads. So we were pretty confused and overwhelmed by the time we came in. The breakfast was nice as usual. Home2Suites is our go to.
