There was no heat in the king bedroom in December. The whole heater was disassembled in the room and they put me in that room anyway. I booked a 2 bedroom suite and their only solution was to move me, my husband, my sister and niece to two separate rooms without the living area. I declined, since the living area was the whole point when I was booking. The queen bedroom had a heater, and we had to leave the doors open so my room could hover in the low 60’s. The guy at the front desk told me twice that he was coming up to look at my situation but he was dismissive and never showed so I stopped asking. It was a very nice hotel but the service is severely lacking. It was very weird.

Only stayed one night. What could have been a difficult situation was made right before arrival. Cameron(concierge) is the BEST BTW. They accidently gave our room away and there were no more. However Cameron upgraded us abd the room was really GREAT! Nice beds, roomy, nice bathrooms, full kitchens. 5-STARS
