Very clean, good breakfast with plenty of options, front desk staff was top tier & very helpful. The ice machine on our floor didn’t work, our mini fridge didn’t work & our bath tub stopper didn’t work either. Although those were inconveniences, they were very minor & we would still stay there again!

I was looking for a place on the southeast side of Louisville for a conference, and I couldn’t believe how inexpensive the room was. I had a great check-in experience. The front desk let me pick the floor I wanted, and I got to my room and found it clean and spacious. They have a little kitchen area with sink, microwave, and refrigerator. There was a nice size couch and desk. The bed was comfortable and the drapes closed enough so it was dark at night. It was relatively quiet. The breakfast was well done. I just had a great two day stay.

Staff was great. They did try to charge $10 per day for parking. If you complain they waive the fee. Why try to take advantage of people? The bathroom is so small the door literally hits the toilet. Other than that it was a great room.
