For Security a ring doorbell is located on the front porch of the house, and at the Studio front and back doors. All are continuously monitored.

Nice place but a few issues

Firstly you cannot control the heat/air in this unit. It is controlled by the front apartment. Secondly I unfortunately had a rodent problem throughout my stay. Mice. Otherwise it would have been great. I was cold and ...Landlord set traps which didn't work because there were more mice and exterminate but need to address source. She was responsive, Location is great. I stayed 2 mos so that's a long time under such conditions
