nice place to stay, the rooms should have a microwave in them ,and you only get 1 washcloth when you check in , i stay there about 20 nights a month, i travel alot for business and you can always count on T-Ann she rocks and keep this place going

I was not able to check in until 630. The lobby was packed and the room wasn’t even exactly clean. I was in town for a concert at 7 pm and ended up being 45 minutes late. I would never stay in this hotel again.

Definitely needs updating but it was fine for one night. We did not see any bed bugs which is important. We did not get to check in timely, along with multiple other guests, and therefore we were late getting to our concert missing half of it. I attempted to get a refund but have had no response from the hotel. We drove 4 hours to be here and had no other hotel options as the whole city was sold out. Very disappointing. The staff was kind enough to me because I wasn’t mean about it like many of the other guests were.
