Winter Holiday Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Deluxe on Delor. The size and layout was perfect for our family of four, including two teenagers, while in town visiting family for the holidays. The house was fabulously clean and the beds were very comfortable. The house is adorable and it's clear that a lot of care has been put into making it warm and inviting for guests. Check-in/out was a breeze and Jake checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. We look forward to staying here again next time we are in Louisville.

Great home!

This is a lovely home with everything we needed. The location to downtown (about 10 minutes) was perfect. Everything was clean and up to date. Communication with the host was great. None in our group of 6 would hesitate to stay here again!

Great for a big group

Great place, super clean! Nicely updated. Could have used another couch or chairs in living room. Fantastic location for us. Lots of . Had a small hiccup getting into the house, but Jake was quick to respond.linens.

Amazing Location and Owner

This is a beautiful property in a very quiet and nice neighborhood. Very close to all major attractions (driving distance). If you wanted to take a walk in this neighborhood you could. The owner answered all my messages to him in a very prompt manner. The house it's self is very clean, relaxing and had everything we needed. If we ever return to Louisville we will be staying at this same location if available. Thank you Jake for making this experience so easy, fun and relaxing. Margie

Stayed for event at expo center

We stayed for a basketball tournament at the Kentucky exposition center. The location was perfect, and the house was just what we needed for our group. Everything was just as described and the communication with Jake was effortless. House was very clean, bed was comfortable and with endless coffee options - what more could you ask for?! If we ever make it back to Louisville, I would definitely stay here again.

Sweet dreams on delor

Enjoyed 3 nights on Delor. Closely located to all our events in NuLu and Germantown. Did not spend much time at the house which had all the amenities to have a good time. 😊

Great Experience

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. Great location and plenty of room for our group. Very close to downtown and didn’t take us long to get anywhere we were going. Would definitely stay here again for any future Louisville trips!
