The back patio is perfect for relaxing after a long day of activities. Better still, it's centrally located, just a quick drive to area attractions: 23 miles to Starkville Sportsplex, 25 miles to Mississippi State University, 16 miles to Sam D. Hamilton Noxubee National Wildlife Refuge, 10 miles to Lake Tiak-O’Khata Resort, and 40 miles to the Silver Star & Golden Moon Casino and Waterpark. There are some pecan trees in the yard (not very productive) that may be a concern for anyone with a severe nut allergy.

We came to the area from out of state over the weekend to visit our son at MSU. This home is an amazing condition and is decorated very thoughtfully and nicely. Very comfortable home with lots of new amenities. Beautiful backyard and back patio area as well as ample parking. While not located in Starkville, it was an easy 25 minute or so drive to most areas there. We found it convenient to do things in Starkville, but stay outside of town before and after games when it’s really crazy! Great host and great communication. They were available to us whenever we needed to interact with them. Definitely look forward to staying here again!

We needed a place to stay for soccer tournaments in the area. We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, nicely decorated and well furnished. Plenty of room for a larger family with kids. Host was quick to respond when needed. Will stay here again when in the area!
