The room was BEAUTIFUL & with a lovely view! However, the hot water was almost non-existent. Over 3 days, we took baths & showers at different times & only once did we have an almost hot shower or bath. This morning, my shower was COLD & it's hard to shake that off. Also, if you are sensitive to SCENTS, this is NOT the place for you. The lobby and all of the shops downstairs have a STRONG musky, sandalwood scent. It was hard to eat downstairs while ignoring the scent. The bellhop, Sam, was fantastic & helpful.

The place was overcrowded. Long lines to check in. A group of kids were playing soccer or something similar outside our bedroom, on the hall. This might be a good hotel for families with kids but not for people who need to rest. Also, I was charged for valet parking but I parked my car myself. Not great service overall.

Great Hotel, No control over guests and kids

Hotel was excellent. Room, Staff, Amenities were all great. On the 2nd day of our stay a kids soccer tournament was in town and a large number of the group was staying at the hotel. There were numerous groups of 5-10 kids around 9-10yrs old roaming all over the hotel riding the elevators up and down, yelling in the lobby, shooting fart spray on the elevators. I know this is a parents issue and not the hotel itself but at some point I feel like the hotel needs to get a handle on the situation and limit unaccompanied children disrupting the rest of the guests at the property. We were a group of 30s-40s guys on a bourbon trail trip, all with young kids of our own, and the behavior was still out of control. Small kids in the upscale bars in the evenings… it made us want to be anywhere but the hotel. Which was a bummer because the first night at the property was fantastic.

Great property... the shopping conviently attached to the hotel with the food court was ideal. Rooms were clean and staff was amazing! I worked for Marriot for many years and this was my 1st time at Omni and I was impressed.
