Was told room would be ready by 3. It was well after 430 before ours was ready. Room safe did not work, make-up mirror in bathroom was broken. Valet parking took over 35 min to bring our car around. I also paid almost $400 for a room for one night and we didn't have access to wifi

Excellent location, unique common areas, good food and plenty to experience without leaving the hotel. Library bar, speak easy, two restaurants and attached marketplace offers a wide variety. Staff are friendly. Rooms clean and spacious. Highly recommend.
