You will be in the Brownsboro Road/St. Matthews area and the house is a skip away from Frankfort Ave., NULU, and the Highlands/Bardstown Road area (5-15 minute drive). Walkable distance to some of the most popular restaurants in town (Mojitos (Spanish/Cuban Tapas style), Grassa Gramma (Italian), Shiraz (Mediterranean), Thai Café, Liege and Dairy (the best ice-cream shop), boutiques (Rodeo Drive and Rhodes), locally loved grocery store Paul’s Fruit Market, Holiday Manor, Kroger, CVS, Walgreens, free tennis courts, and gas station (with designated sidewalks to get there.)
