Our property offers beautifully designed spaces where you can unwind, whether in the cozy living areas or at the elegant writing desks perfect for getting some work done.
Our Queen Studio w/Twin Loft room is where you can find charm with a modern feel throughout the room. King Studio rooms offers 500 square feet of space, a full kitchen, complimentary ultra-high-speed wi-fi, a twin bed, and 49” SmartTV with built-in Roku. The modern bathrooms are fitted with clean ingredient toiletries and updated fixtures. Everything you need to elevate your home away from home experience.
Our communal spaces, including a charming reading nook and a serene coffee bar, offer perfect spots for relaxation. After exploring the city, relax in the peaceful ambiance of Hancock House and rejuvenate for your next adventure.

Located at 601 E Jefferson St in the heart of Louisville’s trendy Nulu district, home to Louisville’s best art galleries, restaurants, bars and bourbon distilleries. You'll also be just a few blocks away from Whiskey Row, the Museum District, and the International Convention Center.
We offer free parking in our private lot, with access to come and go as you please. Uber and Lyft are easily accessible, as is free street parking.
Other Things to Note:
Need extra bedding? We don't charge extra guest fees, but we do offer a pull-out sleeper sofa. Let us know if you plan to use it, and we’ll leave extra linens, a blanket, and pillows in your room before you check in. We charge $15 per reservation to cover the additional laundry costs for sheets, blankets, and towels.
Want to start your trip early or sleep in on your last morning? We’re happy to accommodate an early check-in or late checkout if arranged in advance! Our standard check-in time is 4:00pm, and our checkout time is 10:00am – we charge 10% of the nightly rate per hour (with a minimum of $20/hour) to adjust our cleaners’ schedules and arrange this service.
