We stayed a whole week, and while we were grateful to have a warm-ish bed, the fact that our room did not get cleaned ONCE was annoying. The heater (the old fashioned kind, did not work well. We had to turn it to 85* to get the room warmed up and it took hours) We were only given 2 towels for 4 people. The rooms were NOT what was depicted in photos… run down and definitely need updating. The lobby was beautiful and pool area very nice. But then leaking hallways right next to this area. They advertised laundry, but the washing machine on our floor was broken. When I asked if there was another one somewhere else I could use, they sent me to the Rv park down the road to use theirs. Again, thankful for the warn-ish room, but we will not be staying with them again.

This property needs a renovation so bad! The manager at the front desk was not friendly at all. My room had a very musky smell and the heat/ac unit didn’t run properly it turned way up in the middle of the night and we woke up sweating so I turned it down and then ended up freezing. We had 4 people in our room and they knew it and we had 2 towels and 2 wash clothes I asked for more and they wouldn’t give us any. The beds were not comfortable and the hotel reeked of marijuana it supposed to be a smoke free hotel however people were smoking everywhere. It a cheap stay for 1 night and kids did enjoy the pool but the area is ghetto and wouldn’t stay again.

I walked into a chaotic lobby, uninformed staff and poor customer service. I did not rent a room and spent my money elsewhere. Id made a reservation only to ahow up and be told my card wasnt accepted there. A visa! I asked why that wasnt on the website i was directed to a small sign on the counter. Disappointed. I rent rooms twice monthly at least.
