Summary:

Visit Louisville in this enormous Victorian home just steps from Bardstown Road! You'll have a two living rooms, a fully stocked kitchen and dining room, a dining room, a screened in porch, a large backyard AND 7 bedrooms!



This beautiful & historic home, built in 1885, is just a short walk from all of Louisville's best bars and restaurants on Bardstown Road!



This is the perfect spot for large groups - with 1 King, and 6 Queens, there will be plenty of space for everyone!



The Space:

This spacious family home is the perfect spot to start your Louisville adventure. It has an enormous 3918 square foot floorplan with seven bedrooms.



There are two large living rooms - the first serves as the perfect gathering spot for the family. Both have 55" Smart TVs that are equipped with Netflix! There's also a beautiful kitchen with everything that you'll need for cooking, lightening fast W-Fi, complimentary coffee, a wonderful dining area, and a large patio and backyard.



This is the best way to visit Derby City!!



Each bedroom has a luxurious bed with 600 thread count sheets and luxurious pillows. There's a King bed in the master bedroom, along with private access to the second living room.



There is tons of space at this property, so you'll never feel crowded. There's also free outdoor parking easily available on the street!

You'll have exclusive access to the full home during your stay.



The Neighborhood:

This home is located on Broadway, close to the intersection with Baxter. Baxter becomes Bardstown Road, which boasts some of Louisville's best restaurants and bars. You'll be steps from the absolute best that Louisville has to offer, with phenomenal restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. You'll also have easy access to downtown Louisville, distilleries, and all the best of the city!



Getting Around:

There's plenty of free street parking at my home for all of your vehicles. It's also easy to get an Uber anywhere in the city!



Other Things to Note:

This is an older home - it is a truly historic Victorian home and beautiful space. It was built in 1885 - so you should come in expecting an older home. Stairs are required in this home.
