The hotel was very nice looking and easy access. The food was excellent,however the staff were not very friendly. I felt like they were doing me a big favor if I had questions. It's in a quiet part of town and huge bourbon distillery across street.

This stay was so great. The cafe downstairs had great coffee, the front desk staff were amazing, they even let us check in early as we got into town earlier than expected and after being in the car for a long drive, I can’t tell you how much we appreciated that. It was something that made my stay!

The staff was friendly and helpful. They answered many of the questions that we had about parking. We had an issue with our TV at one point and it was resolved right away. They were very informative about the area and restaurants within the hotel.

Didn't use the breakfast option. We went to "White Castle" an icon. In fact, we didn't know breakfast was an option. The rooms are impeccable, the staff "Top Notch". I had a chance to inter-act with two of the housekeeping staff and they were as courteous and helpful as the front desk staff. Great job and A++ overall. The roof top bar is a par-excellence!
