Only a walk to Frankfort Avenue where you’ll find fine & casual dining, trendy coffee shops, book stores and boutique shops! A quick drive to Louisville’s most popular attractions such as Churchill Downs, KFC Yum Center, Big Four Bridge, UofL Campus & UofL Hospital. This loft is pet free, newly renovated, includes washer & dryer, memory foam queen and a clawfoot bathtub.
