The rug was very dirty and the pillows were deeply uncomfortable. The hotel seemed empty and lifeless - just kind of a weird property and I would say find a different spot!

Great Hotel, Amazing Staff…Terrible App

My stay was perfect and the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The only problem I had was with the app Hotels.com. I booked a room that the app showed was available but the hotel said it was booked for an entire month. This app is unreliable and my son and I almost did not have a room. I will stay at this hotel more in the future, but will book with them directly and never use this app again. I am uninstalling after this review.

I was there with my teenage daughter and we found it to be clean, safe and quiet. There's nightlife around if you want it, but it is not intrusive (at least not on the Friday night we were there.)

The height of the ceiling in the rooms added a spaciousness to the room that was delightful! The restaurant is excellent. The size of the room was perfect. A great value for the money. I will stay again.

Awesome hotel

The front desk lady was super friendly & helpful. The room was really neat we loved everything about it. The structure was awesome! If I'm ever back in Louisville I will definitely come back to stay here.

Must stay!

Hotel was clean, rooms were nice! It’s in a good spot that it close to a lot of restaurant that are easily walkable to. The hotel is very modern and the staff is friendly and very accommodating. Street parking is free but the parking lot for the hotel you have to pay for. I’d absolutely stay here again.
