Welcome to the "Old Fashioned" one of three unique properties that comprise the Butchertown Bourbon House.
The BRAND NEW AND COMPLETELY RENOVATED "Old Fashioned" is one of three historic restored homes located in the Heart of Butchertown, in downtown Louisville, KY. This private listing accommodates 6 guests and includes a fully equipped kitchen which flows into the lounge and steps away is the common/shared patio located at the Butchertown Bourbon House. The patio is shared with all properties located at the Butchertown Bourbon House. This property was developed and designed with a playful stay in mind. The breakdown of accomodations is as follows:
OLD FASHIONED - Sleeps 6
Sleeping arrangements include:
Bedroom 1 - 2nd floor with 1 Queen bed (Sleeps 2)
Bedroom 2 - 2nd Floor with 1 Queen Bed + Full Daybed with Trundle (Sleeps 4)
Self check-in with automated locks. A unique code for the keypad will be sent with check-in instructions.
No managers are on-site but available at all times should you need assistance.
