This is a studio apartment that shares a roof with the main residence. It is separated from the main house by a breezeway that has spectacular views of the Smoky Mountains. You are welcome to explore the property's five acres (no bears!). It is located just 40 minutes from the Smoky Mountain National Park, about an hour from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and just minutes from downtown Knoxville. It's a very easy 15 minute drive to Neyland Stadium. It's located on a cul-de-sac so there is minimal traffic.
During your stay at this apartment building, you'll be close to Covenant Health. Features include laundry facilities. The apartment includes amenities such as free WiFi and a kitchenette.
